From the time we arrived via taxi the staff is amazing and so polite!! It is our second trip to Baha Mar and loved it!!! We brought our 3 older kids and their spouse or significant other who were blown away by Baha Mar and all it offers on the property!!
The only request is to offer more of the West Beach covered cabanas. We loved it the first time we had it in 2024.
Either way this place is top notch!!!

Great setting, pool and beach. Most of the staff is friendly. Property is tired and needs a good renovation. Should be considered a standard Riu not a “Riu Palace” compared to other Riu hotels.
All rooms are named “suites” even though they are standard size rooms. Balconies of the Eastern side rooms are noisy due to the loud noise from the air handling units below. Food, specially @ the buffet can be much better.

Was clean , well appointed, with a great onsite restaraunt all with attentive staff. Onsite rent a car company was not attentive though. The Goldwyn fit our needs nicely for our scuba/beach trip.
