It was expensive and the staff would not leave me alone. I closed my door to take a nap after a 38 hour flight and I received two phone calls and two separate times someone knocked on my door and then just walked in. Everywhere I went in the hotel staff were looking for a tip. I understand everyone needs to make a living but it was awful, invasive, and unprofessional.
My luggage was delayed and they charged me to go to the airport and pick it up. There are much better places to stay in Lusaka
