Loved everything except the beds were very uncomfortable.

We loved our stay at Seven Stars. Staff was excellent, breakfast was plentiful, and great location to many top restaurants.

Amazing room and atmosphere

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in a deluxe partial ocean view 1 bedroom unit. It was beautiful! So much space and nicely updated. The island is extremely expensive so we appreciated having a full kitchen/appliances. We walked to Graceway Gourmet and stocked up on breakfast and lunch foods along with beer and wine but went out for dinners. The beach at OCW was big and gorgeous and we never had a problem finding chairs. Having the beach bar right there was a lot of fun but the guy who kept trying to sell me bracelets not so fun. We enjoyed grabbing coffee in the morning at Reef Rockers and had dinner there one night. The food was great especially the conch chowder. The location of this resort is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere There is a ton of development happening on the island and compared to 9 years ago it seemed way more crowded. We were looking forward to bike riding around the island again but worried it wouldn’t be safe because of all the cars. We really did have a wonderful time and I highly recommend OCW. I hope they don’t raise their prices……

Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. There would be better use of space if they had a bar area on the deck closer to the beach. We had some issues with our lights not shutting off completely in our room and no water at times. There is massive construction going on next door to the hotel, with multiple high rises being built. They do start early in the morning and go until sunset so ask to stay closer to the beach if that would affect you. We heard there were shuttles to the sister properties but they were infrequent and didn’t show up when we expected them. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating and the beach is beautiful. We would go back.

Everything in this hotel was amazing!! the food, the property, the spa!!! very relaxing and zen!!

Self free parking is available at the property. The staff is not friendly at all. We had no room service for 5 days at all. We didn't need anything so it was ok for us, but if you are a family with kids and need anything its hard, the staff is not friendly at all. The property is good, well maintained and was clean as well.
