The hotel facilities and room were spotless and excellent, everything needed for our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful anytime we asked for anything
The only minor comment there were some maintenance work being carried out in the outdoor pool area which we received no notification of and was not acknowledged when we checked in

The hotel itself is quite nice and the staff were very helpful. We were disappointed a bit in the dining experience especially the Special Seafood Buffet which was disappointing. The pool, while large, wasn’t very nice, and the water was cloudy. The location is right off the beach which is very unique to Surfer’s Paradise which is a plus.
