Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

Very nice apartment, clean and good space :)

Very spacious and nice apartment in the city centre. Think we got a larger apartment than what we ordered, which we didn’t mind at all. Parking right outside at an extra cost. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the water from the shower flooded a part of the bathroom floor, but it was okay. Good beds to sleep in. Hotels.com promised indoor pool, which was not available - the staff knew nothing about it. This really let us down.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service! My wife left a pair of jeans in closet, the staff have arranged to return to us. Just overall a good vibe !

The hotel was very good. Clean and comfy room. Only disappointment was the noise at night from the night club that went on till 3. This meant we were sleep deprived. Therefore we can only rate the stay as okay.

Amazing home, very cozy!

Loved the property but after we left the host tried to scam us by saying we left the place without tidying up. He wanted 1000NOK/£70. I told him we videoed the entire place showing it was spotless before we left, and he quickly told us to not worry about the 1000NOK. The place was also advertised as a 3 bedroom house yet he failed to tell us that one of the bedrooms is his private bedroom and is not to be used! I would return to Finnsnes, but never to this place.
