Building and rooms are old and tired although location is really good, great for families especially with small kids and staff are great apart from a front desk guy Kissidy who was unhelpful did not even help even if they knew our room was downgraded. All other staff was great and helpful though including hotel manager all other front desk and restaurant staff.

Location was perfect, room was fantastic, upgraded suite with incredible views was well worth it. Room service, breakfast overlooking the caldera was breathtaking.

From check-in, dinner RSVP, booking excursions, we were met with a smile. The place was ideal for picturesque sunset views. We had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the food was exceptional. The staff at the restaurant were all wonderful, but Mihkiah was especially nice and always helpful. If you get the chance, please book a spa treatment — it will leave you longing for more. I would definitely recommend this hotel, 10 out of 10.
