Caqalai Island Pet-friendly Holidays

Pearl Resort is awesome. The Staff is warm and friendly. The ocean is beautiful.

The island itself is stunning. We were so impressed with how clean and new the snorkeling gear was. The food was good and all the staff were so friendly. Our room was in the sunset facing building, the view was unbelievable. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife amd i stayed for a week and had the best relaxing week! We have a special diet and the staff/chefs accommodated every meal, and the food tasted incredible!!!! Also all the staff you meet are extremely nice - we feel like we have made friends. We absolutely recommend staying here - it is magical!

What a beautiful place! It was very convenient to stay here with our baby and the staff were so overwhelmingly joyous and helpful with him. Book a room away from the pool area as the loud music was a challenge for day naps. "Fiji time" will mean you miss out on things so if you're Type A, don't go with the flow completely and book ahead for activities like the glass bottom boat and restaurants. You need to book days ahead. Communication systems could be improved like a notification when you can snorkel, tides changed quickly. The snorkelling just a metre off the sand is unreal!!

Beautiful I love it

Everything was good, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, clean pool and large parking lot.

Just a fabulous property! Spotless, great food and pretty! The pools were amazing and the layout of the hotel is great. The staff gets to know you quickly and they even remembered my breakfast coffee order. The negative is the beach. It is dark sand and made the water look brown. We never went in and we didn't see anyone else either. We did great snorkling trips and saw white sand beaches and swam. We were at the hotel for 4 nights and moved on. Had We stayed longer, and not been able to use the beach , I would lower my 5 rating. The hotel can't help the geography so they made up for it with an expansive pool system. The Fijian people are wonderful and very helpful and many times wanting to know how we are enjoying the hotel. So a 5 star rating it is.
