You get what you pay for. This is not a 5 star property but it was 1/5 of the cost of a hotel for a family of 5 in Downtown Toronto.
This is equivalent to an air bnb. Check in is done via email and over the phone. I checked out on Sunday morning and received my deposit back exactly 7 days later via PayPal with no hassle.
The unit was not the one in the picture and had been flooded in the past and never repaired. The floor was damaged and the baseboards were swelling.
The bed sheets were clean and the A/C worked

We had a wonderful stay! Yvonne and the entire staff was incredibly responsive and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the outdoor seating area was lovely. We also enjoyed the indoor game room too, such a nice touch!

Staff all over were very friendly. The vallet staff, front desk staff and at the breakfast restaurant. Room was very nice and spacious. As well as the washroom. No separate pool but there was a hot tub with decent changing rooms and shower.
Will definitely book here again if in thw Toronto area

I loved the fact that it family friendly, close walking distance to all the downtown attractions, also loved the college park, everyone was friendly and there was something always happening, would recommend this place.

Outstanding place to stay, easy 5 min walk to Rogers Centre. Excellent food options at The Well. Safe neighbourhood. Easy 25 min walk to Billy Bishop Airport.
Staff was friendly, professional.
Will definately stay here again.

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.
