Fernando is my new BFF! The House of Mosaic is a masterpiece of artistic inspiration, peacefulness, and love. Everything about the villa and Fernando were tastefully coordinated to bring out what we needed, peace and a refreshing new start. Fernando thank you for being you, and making us remember who we are. You opened your home and gave us sanctuary. Thank you my new friend. See you again very soon!

Property was great. Buffet was really impressive, lots of options and everything seemed fresh. The check-in was a bit of a wait. Our key cards kept getting deactivated even with following their rules. Pool was clean and awesome, everyone was eager to serve you and add to your great time. The entertainment at the pool was fun and unexpected.

Staff at the lobby wasn’t the friendliest and few things that I needed help on resolving never bothered to help me

This all inclusive resort is beautiful. It’s super clean and the location is perfect. The swimming pool is wonderful. The staff is outstanding. The two things that need improvement on a large scale is the number of restrooms and locations. There is only one bathroom located on the level where the restaurants are, and one in the main lobby. No bathrooms by the pool area. The second complaint is the food. Huge disappointment.. was not good at any of the restaurants we tried. We were really looking forward to good meals as the price tag to vacation here is hefty. Speaking to many of other guests that stayed there, they are just as disappointed in the food selection and lack of chefs touch.

Not Ritz quality. No luxury at all. Food and drinks were below average but overpriced.
