Narrowest Alley in Italy Mountain Holidays

The staff were all amazing and the resort itself was first class. The food and sevice in the restaurant was of the highest standard I have already recommended friends and family to visit the resort.

Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick up my food after I began eating and walk all the way across the room, maybe 25 meters to another table. What kind of service is this? Was that neccessary? Is it how you properly treat a guest? I'll remind you that the giant room was nearly empty from the time I arrived and left. She did this in a cold manner. Throughout the rest of the 20 minutes that I sat at the "correct" table, never saw another employee to ask for coffee. This is not anywhere near the level of service I would expect from a 4 star hotel and for this price. Will be certain to avoid this hotel when I return.

Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers.

Great view, not many people! Great location. Its expensive though.

Clean room, staff were good and the breakfast/evening meal were good. WiFi was terrible sometimes it worked ok other times it was poor. Rooms have no soundproofing, can hear every step/conversation from other guests walking past your room and banging about through the walls

They provided us with excellent food even though we arrived late which was delicious The staff spoke good English and many more languages. The view are amazing the village quint They do not have shuttle to airport

It’s a beautiful hotel. Great restaurant, lovely breakfast, fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
