Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, so comfortable. The pool and restaurant is also beautiful and breakfast was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, so impressed and we will definitely be coming back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we loved it, it was heaven

Great hotel. Front of house staff is some of the best I have encountered. Just good, kind and helpful people. Comfortable hotel and great service. Will stay again for sure and highly recommend to friends and family.

Excellent property excellent service very nice people attending at the hotel very nice reception at the LEVEL section very nice beach and a lot of restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. It’s a superb hotel to stay in!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Ksamil. Great location close to middle of town so all main beaches were walkable, Easy on site parking and driving right off main road so you don’t have to dodge walkers and drivers on congested tiny roads. Breakfast was great, pool was wonderful for a quick cooldown away from beach. Staff was amazing, incredibly helpfull, fully above and beyond- would absolutely stay again if I end up back in Ksamil.
