Staff, hotel, and location were fantastic! Had a minor AC issue but it was fixed right away!

When are arrived, the police were outside due to drug activity. After the police left, drug activity quickly resumed. When I woke in the morning, the top sheet separated from the duvet revealing a large yellow stain on the duvet. Unfortunately I had unknowingly used that.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location could not have been more perfect—just a short walk from Pike Place Market, which made exploring Seattle incredibly convenient. The room was luxurious, beautifully appointed, and had every amenity we could have wanted. The coffee in the room was phenomenal, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary wine, snacks, and drinks. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff truly made our stay special. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They greeted us, took care of our bags, and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They handled everything! And the rooftop was absolutely gorgeous! We were able to have our own little fire and relax on our last night in Seattle while overlooking the bay and Pike Place Market. It was such a beautiful and memorable way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. The location, luxury, cleanliness, incredible staff, and beautiful rooftop made this an unforgettable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The only thing redeeming about this hotel is the location, period. It is right on Pike street which leads into the Pike Place Market, but it is a cheap hotel. The room was small. The blanket looked like a army surplus reject. There was no on-site parking, and the garage that the hotel partnered with was a block away and charged almost $30 a night. There is nothing in the room, no iron, refrigerator, toiletries, and even the toilet paper was the cheap one-ply type. The restaurant in the hotel, Ben Paris, is super expensive ($40 for 4 pieces of fried chicken). And the rooftop terrace bar is a joke. Also, the only elevator that goes to the downstairs fitness area was broke my entire stay. In addition, the hotel tacks on a $29 amenity fee each day. If you are considering this hotel check others. My sister and husband stayed in a hotel near the Space Needle that had free onsite parking, free breakfast, etc and it cost less than what I paid for the State Hotel.

First time staying at the Lotte hotel. The room was super spacious. The beds were so comfy! Room service was superb (have the spring risotto). The lounge on the 16th floor had delicious drinks for happy hour as well as beautiful view! Will definitely be staying at The Lotte again
