Great shuttle ride to the airport!

Nice experience if you are tired of the strip and just want to relax.

Overall, the hotel was very enjoyable and nice. The main issue we had was during the first night, when I was about to sleep, I noticed a pretty strong urine smell. After a few minutes, my wife and I lifted up the bedsheet cover to discover the mattress cover had a noticeable stain. This happened around 9 PM and our five-month-old was already asleep. After explaining the issue at the front desk, the cleaning crew ended up changing out ALL the sheets and blanket, and they tried to keep quiet with the sleeping baby on the other bed. They also gave us a $75 food and beverage credit, which was very nice of them. Used it all on coffee and salads! Other smaller issue was when ordering pizza, I didn’t know I had to go back up with my receipt to get my food. My family and I ended up standing there for an additional 15 minutes not aware of that small detail. What was frustrating was that the two employees saw us standing there with the box of food just sitting there. Would’ve been helpful if one of them got our attention instead of letting us stand there all that time. Besides all that, I’d stay here again! I love how it’s less crowded than the Strip and their craps and blackjack minimums are $5, not very common nowadays. The food court has familiar restaurants, like McDonald’s, and the overall property felt clean. Parking is also free, which is a HUGE plus given how many hotels charge now. Palms is a great choice if you don’t care too much for quick access to the Strip!

This vacation was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, and the team at Crockfords at Resorts World Las Vegas deserves every bit of praise I can give. From the moment we arrived, the elegance of the lobby set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. The room accommodations were luxurious, the poolside experience was wonderful, and the exclusive area reserved for Crockfords guests was a standout amenity. The spa was equally impressive — truly a world-class retreat. But the highlight of our entire stay was Selena at the front desk. We arrived with multiple reservations, and she seamlessly condensed everything into one perfectly organized stay — and even offered us an incredible upgrade overlooking the city of Las Vegas. Her customer service was remarkable from start to finish, and her follow-up throughout our stay showed just how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She was so warm and attentive to my family that we ended up extending our stay by two days. Selena is a true gem, and if you’re planning a visit to Crockfords, do yourself a favor and request her at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing. The resort as a whole is unparalleled, and I cannot wait to return

The stay was great. Staff was great. Lots of stores on sight. Enjoyed my time.

Clean property Good food options Best SPA! Beautiful pool grounds and food

Did not know the shark tank / pool area was down. We brought friends and stayed here specifically for that feature.

Clean, AC works and breakfast is not only free but delicious as well. A lot of variety.

Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bath were in very good condition and as presented on the pictures. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs. If you’re lucky enough no one is on the floor above you won’t have any issues. However we heard people there 3 out of the 4 nights of our stay which defeated the purpose of booking a stay as we weren’t really able to rest properly.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.
