We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile.
There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right.
The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes.
We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children.
Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel.
Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended.

Everything was completely 100% spot on, the studio with every little detail covered that you could need in an apartment, the staff, all very friendly and so helpful, the young guy in the restaurant just brilliant help with my gluten intolerance. All the amenities and surrounding area was so well maintained it was faultless, thank you for such a lovely relaxing holiday
