Staff were so nice and helpful! Appreciated the WhatsApp communication to ask any questions. Room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely balcony view. We also liked the kitchen facilities- provided enough if we wanted to make our own food. Also good location as right by the beach and most things were in walking distance. Place has lots of facilities onsite, like shop, gift shop, games room, gym etc

Excellent little resort, ideal for families who like things on the quiet side.

Not a 5* experience despite resorts so called 5* category. Lack of proper sound proofing in room at resort where planes and adjoining guest room caused noise nuisance would deter me from booking another stay. Also hotel failed to communicate on room issues after flooding from thunderstorm. Offered too little too late in recompense. We felt ignored etc. Geography of resort made it exceptionally difficult to find room & facilities easily. Got lost twice on first day. Poor signage in corridors for lift positions which might only travel between 3 floors or 7 depending on location. A gps device would be handy.😁 Whilst understood hotel was child friendly there were very few opportunities to avoid the little ones. Dining was particularly fractious. No adult only areas. The adult only swimming pool area did not escape the screaming. Ear plugs were not enough. Not suitable for guests wanting a quiet relaxing break
