Elegant historic hotel - comfortable rooms. We had the “petite room”, but it was fine for two people. Maybe a little cramped in the bathroom. Staff are professional and everything is very well maintained. Definitely recommended - best location in Halifax

Our stay was seamless from beginning to end starting with fantastic service from Ian at the front desk! The drinks were fantastic, breakfast was delicious and the room was fabulous! Our fave place to stay in Halifax!

This is a perfectly fine property for a night or two. Nothing stood out as extremely great or bad. I would say it's comfortable with a pleasant front desk staff and free coffee/tea.
