The room was clean, had decent size but there was a lack of maintenance. The shower head would fall if moved slightly, the toilet cover was missing a hinge, there was a broken towel rack and the main door was missing oil and would squeak everytime it was opened.
There is a lack of parking space (only enough for 15 cars or so), no room service available. There is a cafeteria available which closes at 7pm however we went at 6pm and they no longer had food available. The staff was kind and helpful. Definitely not 4 star worthy though.

Very good spacious rooms with jacuzzi. staff very helpful. We were coming late after working hours in reception and we got video recorded specially for us how to access our room. Very good

"Everything was excellent, service and installation, but the worst part was arriving and finding that the pool was not operational, and there was only an option for a spa, obviously at an extra cost. It should have been mentioned that the pool would not be in operation; that disappointed me!"
