My family and I always enjoy staying at Residence Inn—it’s our top choice whenever we visit Berkeley. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the campus and very close to BART, with plenty of shops and great restaurants nearby. The room is very well organized, the bathroom is spotless, and the bed is perfectly comfortable—not too soft or too firm. Having a kitchen in the room is extremely convenient and makes our stay even better. I especially want to mention the front desk service—Georgina is amazing! She is extremely attentive, friendly, and always provides professional and thoughtful service. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! Great location with clean, spacious rooms and the best front desk service. Highly recommend this place—we will definitely be back!

Convenience of location, staff, cleanliness

Very Safe area !!!safe private parking with a really nice friendly night security man who walks around the parking lot all night. The room was big and VERY CLEAN!! Staff was very nice and helpful plus friendly especially the young man in the front desk named Gavin!!!! Popular restaurants nearby which was really nice to go grab something to eat. Really enjoyed the bistro in the hotel lobby!! Morning coffee and pastries were delicious and with a good price. The restaurant staff were very friendly and nice too!!
