All was great!

Solo traveled and stayed here. It was so close to everything in the center, lots of shops, restaurants, and activities around. My room was cleaned everyday and overall staff were friendly. I also had a late flight so they let me do a late check in! Great place to stay!

A lovely, clean room very near all the main places you wish to go in Split. I can't recommend the room & staff who were so helpful.

They try to put us to the room with a terrible smell from downstairs kitchen. There are multiple trash cans right below the room and the room smells disgusting. We were ready leave when they decided to offer another room. The next two days we were witnessing other guests disappointed, upset about the same room. We never would stay at this property and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This was a newer and lovely hotel in Split. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and reached out a week in advance to see if they could help with any bookings or reservations and ended up securing a spot for our party of 8 the night of our arrival. Breakfast was fantastic and the location in Split was great for walking around. Highly recommend.

We were absolutely blown away by how nice the villa was. More than we expected with a nice pool when we needed down time.

Nice and relevant communication with the host along the way. Very well equipped apartment right on the beach with good parking. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Perfect base for exploring Split- close walk to old town! We absolutely loved our stay at PIETRA ROSSA! The location couldn’t be more perfect—tucked right in near the heart of the Old Town and port, so everything was just a short walk away. Despite being so central, it felt quiet and peaceful inside. The room itself was spotless and had a nice modern feel. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver (especially during the summer heat!). We were a little nervous about the self-check-in process, but it couldn’t have been easier. The host Ana sent super clear instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. It made arriving feel seamless and stress-free. She arranged to greet us at the apartment and was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was a great stay and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Split don’t hesitate to book this one! We will definitely be back. 😊

Location is excellent and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but quite sufficient. Aircon could be cooler. On the whole, a good place to stay in the old town.

Great location. Walking distance ti everything ( food, drinks, beaches, tours). Friendly staff, clean room and quiet. As a solo traveler, my room was small ( but i dont require much, hot shower, comgirtable bed, fresh towels.
