L)lcArrived after 3pm and were told that room was not ready so could not check in. Was told that hotel was very full and many rooms were still not cleaned. Why are more clean staff not brought in when hotel is full up? We had a 5pm party (not in hotel. Finally got key at 4:15pm. This rush was truly unacceptable! There were many others, some with children, in the same situation.

L’hébergement était de belle qualité. Seul point négatif, le stationnement de l’hôtel est de 33$/jour ce qui est quand même assez dispendieux.
