The place was great - but it was VERY STRESSFUL to figure out the parking. They sent us a link on google maps, but there was no sign to say that it belonged to the hotel, in fact, there were signs saying it belonged to other people! We tried to call the contact number they gave us, but no one answered. We called twice and sent several texts with questions. They were not looked at till the next day when it was WAY too late. It is a very busy part of town and parking is stressful to find. They need to figure out a better system and they need to answer the phone when people call for help.

I had a wonderful stay and was impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. The convenience of everything made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. A special thank you to the driver, who was punctual, friendly, and helpful during my transfer. I would also like to recognize the massage therapist for their professionalism and warm, welcoming approach—it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The entire team contributed to making my stay memorable, and I would happily return in the future.
