Property and staff were great. Paid parking on arrival was a disappointment when there isn't any other way to get there. I suspect the description had it buried somewhere but I didn't think I needed to look for it.
Two dogs barked below us at 7:30 pm for 45 minutes before anyone did anything about them.
There is no A/C, which is understandable in the mountains. So, windows were open. This was great until people started smoking outside by the pool and the room immediately smelled like smoke.

Check in went smoothly although I had hoped to get early check in so we could get ready for our 3:00 party we came in for. No problem - we sat in lobby area and put on makeup etc. Room was great with comfy bed and nice views. We then decided to extend our stay an additional night. Campbell at the front desk was SO helpful with this. Booked through her and she was able to keep us in the same room. Only problem was the ice maker in our room did not work - Campbell came through and got a big bag of ice for us. Would definitely recommend this place.
