Blood on steps, filthy grounds with cobwebs, dirty walls in the room and outside,and actual garbage that was there all three days.country club closed on weekends and ice cold “ heated pool.” Absolutely oblivious office front desk staff. Loud outdoor AC unit or generator that literally ran all night every night for a completely sleepless stay. Our ac/ climate control was broken in our room. We made a request about ground floor or near elevator and ended up on third floor building without an elevator . Restaurant kept telling us they were closed when in fact they were suppose to be open at 11 am. Etc…
