The room was fine, though we needed to have a check by staff for bedbugs because of a bite that occurred during our stay. The staff, especially Robbi, were very helpful, though there seemed to be difficulty for him to reach decision makers. We also were charged for food instead of it being dealt with as part of the resort fee. But the location is good and the room was comfortable.

This hotel has the high standard you would expect from Hyatt. It’s very clean and nice hotel and it is very close to the Times Square if you are visiting for touristic reasons. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful and I appreciate all the help and coordination while I was checking in and checking out. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in a great location at a great price. Walking distance to Penn Station and Times Square. Offered drink tickets with my stay that I unfortunately wasn't able to take advantage of because of my busy schedule. Room was very nice! There is a line to get to the rooftop via elevator during peak hours but they manage that effectively.

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Room was very small, seems like it was for one person not two people.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog.

From check in to check out the plaza was unreal. The staff is lovely. The property is well maintained. I felt super fancy and would stay here again. 10/10

We stayed in a few hotels when we were in NYC and NobleDEN had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Sure, it wasn't the trendiest but it served us well and I enjoyed being so close to Chinatown.

Loved the room and staff. It was in a perfect location. Only negative was the breakfast brunch was a bit overpriced for the offerings, but we just chose to eat outside of the hotel everyday and had delicious New York bagels. We truly enjoyed our stay.
