Nice staff, premium room was nice and had a nice view, but the room was not spotless clean (some spiderweb found). The room had no offered water (had to drink tap water that was anyway good). Spa was not as good as expected. Steam bad was not having good steam and the sauna was small and not as strong as expected.

Excellent all round food especially good. Service amazing although forgetful a few times. Very accommodating with a baby.

The hotel was very homely and comfortable. The management and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was superb and the bed the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in (would love to import one). The food was superb with excellent menu choices every evening and a very good wine list. We were a late booking and are delighted to have stayed in what's probably one of the best hotels in Seefeld, if not the best. We'll be back (to quote a famous Austrian actor). All we missed was tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Stayed two nights. Great location near supermarket. Staff were helpful and let us store luggage at a nearby sister hotel. Didn’t need to pay the large deposit. Room was gorgeous with a balcony and decent pots, pans etc. Not everything was in mint condition but that’s to be expected. Would stay there again

Wonderful spa very beautiful

Great spacious quiet room. Lots of hanging space and coat hangers! Great storage area for outdoor stuff especially when winter walking/skiing. Spa area large with indoor pool, steam room infra red room and jacuzzi as well as heated outdoor pool. Outside in the pool with snow falling - amazing! Also spa treatments available. Excellent food, expertly cooked, presented and served. Ample choice and varied menus.
