We stayed for two nights, 100% would return, rooms so clean and modern, staff so friendly, we has breakfast included which was nice food.Lovely location a few mins walk into the centre of everytbing

The Hotel and the team amazing. Great rooms , very good bar prices. The breakfast is the best I've seen in a long time

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

When we arrived, there was a light out in our room. It was fixed the next day but I really could have used it at night as it was the hallway light in front of the closet. The guest services person took an order for room service for the second morning as we had to leave before the breakfast opened. Instead of a blueberry muffin, I received blueberry pancakes. Instead of a small mango/yogurt parfait, I received a dish of some kind of yogurt and a dish of mangos. Needless to say, I did not eat breakfast. The best thing about the hotel was the location. We have stayed in and loved other Mandarin Orientals. This was not up to their standards.

The hotel room was very tired with chipped paint, cracks and mould in the bathroom and the door number half torn off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Good location but really hard to drive to as Google maps takes you via restricted roads.
