There are not many decent options to stay in Aguas Calientes. This hotel is one of the best you can find there. Perfectly located. I strongly recommend to choose a room facing the river. Bathroom needs some renovation and breakfast could have been better, but still overall, a positive experience.

We can’t say enough about Antonio, he helped us so much. He was always pleasant and willing to give us whatever we needed. We loved all the staff.

What a great group of friendly staff!
From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information.
Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it.

"The hotel is located in good place. Nice view from yhe balcony. But the room is rlatively basic , Breakfast could be better. Hotel tariff is too high comparing what you get. In breskfast has limited variaty , no hlass for cold drinks. In duch tartif I would expect much higher food options."
