very clean room and bathroom

The location was excellent for our visit to London, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious for London, clean, comfortable and had good amenities including a coffee machine, toiletries, gowns and slippers. The bed was comfortable, for us a little too soft, however we slept well with quality bedding and the surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and tasteful food. Staff were professional and welcoming.

This was perfect distance from London & other attractions…shopping handy for groceries…accommodated our 2 families beautifully with adjoining apartments…had a fantastic time.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Rooms were small, smaller than expected but very efficient and appointed nicely. The gym/spa area was a lovely unanticipated addition. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

All the staff were excellent. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was very good. Very close to all the terminals at Heathrow. We enjoyed our stay!

Muy buena opción para hospedarse en Londres! Un hotel bonito, limpio y con un personal muy amable. El desayuno con lo básico que uno necesita y muy buenas opciones de transporte a menos de dos minutos caminando.

This is a great hotel in the best location. Staff are nice. Excellent breakfast. We had a suite with outstanding panoramic views of London.

Staff were amazing, extremely helpful! Loved the location - could easily walk to major attractions, Soho neighborhood, Chinatown, Piccadilly Square and enjoyed morning runs along the river. Would definitely return to the Clermont!
