Food was good, but some items were a bit salty. Staff/customer service was not great as it took waiters a long time to bring drinks. Cooks at times were unfriendly when asking for food items. Also, rooms were okay except for the mold building near the Air Conditioning vent in room 241.

I thought felt that the staff is what made this resort a hit. Ivan at the swim up bar, Marcos at the breakfast buffet, ximena at the cevicheria, Pablo at the Asian restaurant, Ricardo at the activities booth, all went above and beyond. Resort was clean, my room was also stocked with drinks and clean, all in all a great experience.
