Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area of Santiago. Full of charm and character. The service is first rate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

Nice room, friendly staff

The public restroom closed to the lobby was dirty and smelly,one of the toilets won’t flush.I told someone at the desk but nothing was done.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, las habitaciones lindas y limpias. Los servicios de gym, sauna y pileta muy buenos. Destaco la atención del personal de recepción. En cuanto al servicio del restaurante, tanto en atención como en servicio podrían mejorar.

Great área in Santiago

Breakfast and good is very good and nice option

Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room.

Great upscale hotel at an affordable price compare to the other American brand hotel.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.
