Great little b&b , friendly amd helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and a peaceful stay. We usually stay here when visiting our son nearby. Offers everything a hotel does .

The Address is in a great location.
The breakfast was mediocre as was the service. There is no air conditioning, so we asked for a fan. The staff are not very accommodating when we had needed to ask for a refund due to a medical emergency, they did not comply and had no inclination to help us.
We came in after midnight due to a very extravagant wedding and we were not able to enter the building with our key cards. No one had warned us about no entry after a certain time!

The Hotel was nice just a bit dated, the staff are lovely and friendly. The location is amazing looking onto the water and just a minutes walk to the town. The breakfast wasn't great for a 4 star hotel I've had better in a Bed and Breakfast. It was expensive for what we got.
