Rooms are large and comfortable. Having a restaurant on site is very convenient! Can't say how much I appreciate the shuttle to and from the airport. The only "downside" is the ridiculous day parking fee of $27.

Great choices for breakfast! And very clean room indeed with a fully functional kitchen for the room we booked. If I have to point out something that can be improved: 1) 5 parking slots for electric vehicles but only three chargers. It would be nice to have 5 chargers or at least some way that the reception can notify the owner to unlock the plug so another car owner can use it when their charging is completed. 2) water pressure of the shower not strong enough. but again, it is still understandable because of water-saving shower heads everywhere now.

Our room was very cute but unfortunately the mini fridge was broken. I didn’t realize until I went to grab my dinner I put in the fridge and it was warm and gross. The light was flickering on and off, I thought maybe the light was broken but turns out the fridge was. I talked to the employee on shift that night when I went looking for food, and when I told him what happened, he said he applied 30% off the room. Unfortunately, we were charged the full rate and when I contacted the property about the 30% off discount I was told was applied to my account, they told me there was nothing noted on my account. I had just had surgery and had to eat every few hours and ended up walking around the neighborhood at 3am looking for something since my food dinner went bad and the hotel had no food available. Also, the amenities we not available.

Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were amazing. The staff was welcoming and professional. We loved the Hell’s Kitchen location because it felt less crowded than Times Square but was still close to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

These 47th st hotels are a crapshoot. Some are really nice, some are not to great. This one is not the worst but far from the best. The mattresses are ok the bed frames are cheap and the room is small. The bathrooms are small and old, the housekeeping is rushed and not too thorough. The elevators are the main pain point. Slow, small, and only 2 of them. But the location is great and the staff is helpful. As a "budget" option, it's probably on the high end but I'll never stay there again.

Hotel was very busy and sometimes waited long for elevator especially in morning. Breakfast choices were great and the staff is top notch. Assisted in getting cabs. Location is perfect for getting around all the major attractions.
