The front desk staff was very welcoming . Charnice gave some excellent food options at the in house restaurant (the duck egg rolls -yum) . The bartender was a little unattentive but overall a fantastic experience for a solo traveler.

The cleaning staff and room service are excellent. It would have been helpful to know about breakfast and other amenities earlier. They offer wonderful services, but I only found out about them too late. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially the Fifa bag gift and 24-hour water service upon request.
