Staff was very helpful when a situation arose when we needed a screwdriver (which in French is tournevis). Went above and beyond what you might expect. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they visit Quebecer.

Room was clean and modern. Bar was cozy and fun. Views were great from all windows of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Il teatro was top notch
