The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

When you drive at this hotel you must see that you will be transfer by sea boat to your room or separate hause if you reserved hause. Small island and friendly owners help you to stay comfortable. You can take your favorite food and something for BBQ if you want. But if you haven't your food you can order bracfest and dinner through check-in. Finally it seems everybody like sauna, lake beach, own BBQ and evening in the fireplace.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, with excellent staff. The bathroom was luxurious. It felt extremely safe. We did not like the electrical toilets. They kept slamming shut while we were seated. But otherwise, it was phenomenal. They upgraded us into a suite because they didn’t have our room ready in time, and the suite was amazing.

Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

The big advantage of this hotel is its location, right beside a public train station, and a hub for buses. The hotel is nice, clean, well maintain and have certain facilities, but NO STAFF at all 9except for cleaning), so it is a DIY hotel, no lobby, no one to speak to, just a machine to check-in and a slot to check-out. Maybe some people like this. I don't. I like personalised, so no staff to review. Otherwise, it is a fine place.
