I was surprised to see there was no kettle with complimentary teabags in the room, which I’d expect in a 4 star hotel. Having stayed in other 4 star hotels in Spain, Italy and Switzerland recently, where there were teabags and a kettle, I was disappointed after arriving late at night and not being able make myself a drink.
Additionally, we had to wait a long time in reception to be checked in and it was already close to midnight and then the person who checked us in, failed to give us some basic information and wasn’t terribly friendly.

Fabulous house in a friendly neighbourhood
"We had an amazing holiday, the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the pool and the tennis court. It was great having a private garage. Thank you Jose for welcoming us and fitting WiFi. The local beaches are stunning and there are some great walks in the area."

Nice hotel
"Nice hotel in a nice location, enjoyed our stay. Staff were all great, room was very spacious with a terrace and the decor was very Spanish and traditional in style. There is no restaurant at the hotel anymore, but there are options in the nearby town and a pizza place (amazing) that we walked to. ..."
