The room was clean enough but the property did not appear as in pictures. Furniture was worn out, pool area had the basics but just looked old.

Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly.

Hotel Chaco was an excellent stay and one of the highlights of our trip. The location is fantastic — close to Old Town and convenient to everything while still feeling relaxing and upscale. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel without being overdone. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained, which made the stay feel special from the moment we checked in. The food was also amazing. Every meal we had was flavorful and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel added to the experience. Overall, Hotel Chaco combines a great location, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining into a stay that feels both comfortable and high-end. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was always very helpful and friendly. I didn't like the one and only restaurant choice. There were not many food choices and waitress was not attentive at all. We were tired after travelling all day and just wanted a good meal at the hotel and go up to our rooms right after. But the dinner choices weren't very good, and there were not any restaurants close enough to walk to.
