Clean, safe, spacious, convenient & perfect for what we needed. Not to mention having a refrigerator is a huge bonus when traveling in Guatemala. The only minor down side was how hard the pillow was but overall, it was a great stay!

I liked breakfast, most of the staff was friendly, very clean the facilities I didn’t like that even though I booked a room that includes kitchen, fridge and so on, we were asked to pay separately cutlery, dishes and glasses, that is something considered as basic in all other options where people is booking a family room, this needs to be revised

En este hotel siempre nos va lindo! En esta ocasión ocurrió que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y necesitaban hacer un cargo a la tarjeta que por un error a la hora del check in, no se hizo completo. Me di cuenta de esta transacción por una alerta de mi banco. Sin problema que hicieran el cargo, pero por temas de seguridad, se agradece una llamada o en su defecto un mensaje a mi correo o WhatsApp. Todos estos datos son proporcionados cuando uno hace la reservación, no veo por qué no fue posible contactarme.

We enjoy this hotel and have come several times. Staff is friendly, food is good, service is responsive.

Check in 5/10 servicio básico, poca amabilidad del joven recepcionista. Necesita mejorar su atención cliente. Check out 10/10 muy bien la señorita muy simpática y amable. Bell boy muy buen servicio. Hay que mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en los mensajes, correos, WhatsApp, muy mal servicio. Tardarse un día o 2 para contestar mensajes es demasiado. Jonás y Maribel en Blu 100 puntos para su servicio, felicitaciones por hacer más que bien su trabajo. La clase de servicio que ellos dan es la que esperaba en todas las áreas, hay que estandarizar esto.

Pros: Nice spacious room, hot water, clean bedding and helpful staff. Check in was easy and check out was pretty good too, although you have to ring the doorbell for an early checkout (I nearly panicked because you can’t leave without someone opening the gate) Cons: you’re essentially locked in, if you’re near the road you’ll hear cars and minibikes and dogs barking all night. Also jets whizz by which is very loud. Breaky is good but don’t dare ask for coffee AND juice, pick one or you will be told absolutely NO. Wifi worked but was extremely temperamental.

The property is located in a wonderful neighborhood close to restaurants, bars and shopping centers. The property is pleasant with a lot of square footage to feel relaxed and not constricted. It is also clean and odor free. I recommend to everyone.

Everything was excellent: location, the food, the rooms, and most of all, the kind customer service. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be back.
