Loved the street cafes nearby. Great to have a room for a family of five. Breakfast was great on penthouse floor overlooking Aalst.

Staff all very helpful, assisting with tourist info and dining recomendations. Due to our early check-out we were offered a breakfast bag of goodies which were all fresh. Great service on all ronts.

Thiscis a lovely little hotel very close to the center of Brugges but nestled on a quiet street out of the hustle and bustle.

Clean room but noisy at night as I think someone had left the communal door open ( we stayed inthe annexe). Location was excellent and room was lovely.

No AC, just a fan. Restaurant fully dinner booked for days before I arrived. Breakfast service was great. Pool area tidy. Carpet and wall paint aged. Tub was great. Housekeeping staff unnecessarily noisy and left multiple doors open while cleaning, flying bugs and brown spiders in the room after they left. WiFi constantly down. Office staff though exceptional, professional, helpful. The early and constant church bells on the weekend were unexpected and the primary reason I will not be returning.

Lovely stay at a beautiful luxery hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Overall a high end experience. Treat yourself !

It was a nice stay and a clean room. Just have to get over the interior decor being all black.
