Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch.
By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.

"This was a nice hotel though the room was small and overlooking a road and some building work. The shared facilities were pleasant and the breakfast was fabulous! Very central! Highlight was the staff .. couldn’t have been any friendlier!"
