Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

Air conditioning smelled swage and need claening. We had to turn off AC to stop bad swage smell. Building was old and bed was too soft.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, at both the reception as well as the restaurant.

- nicely renovated hotel - very convenient location walkable to train station, Chapel Bridge, boat pier and other landmarks. - appreciated the air conditioned rooms as we were there during all time high temperatures - nicely decorated rooms and very clean - comfortable beds - dual shower heads with great water pressure - on a side street which was quieter than being next to the river road way which is filled with tourists all night - water (still and sparkling) bottle fill up in lobby - breakfast buffet was not included but could be purchased at the same price when booking or each day you want it. Very large buffet with lots of choices but no à la carte options if you just wanted a coffee and croissant.

The staff was amazing. They provided wonderful recommendations and took care of all of our needs. We enjoyed all the restaurants and the pool. The view and location are the best In Lucerne.
