(5,482 reviews) The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the jetted bathtub. That was much needed after a long day of walking at the theme parks. Also, it was in close enough proximity to the parks. I do wish there was daily housekeeping although I'm not sure if this was something we needed to ask for? The front desk staff was really nice. FYI this is a huge property so depending where your room is, you'll need to take a shuttle just to get to the main lobby which can be a bit of a hassle but thankfully, their staff is very accommodating and would take us on a golf cart if we didn't feel like waiting. (152 reviews) Exactly what we needed for our stay in Disney. Was first time we have stayed off property and besides not getting in to the park early, this place was great. It rained on us every day at the park and was nice to be able to through our jacket in the dryer! On negative i will say is the washer and dryer was loud HA! But other than that place had everythign we needed. Oh and fyi this place was not 3 bed rooms. It was 4! Maybe because it didtn have a bathroom? Not sure but was 4 bedroom 3 and half bath. HA kids liked havign there own rooms with own bathrooms. And so did I! Was thankful we was not crammed on an on park hotel with one room and one bathroom! Had 2 masters with Kings, one upstairs one down, and then the other 2 rooms was up stairs with one being two twins with bathroom then the other room was just a bunk. Would stay here again for sure. (360 reviews) We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch! We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment, so much that we rarely left. The food, drinks, ambiance, cleanliness, smell, and the staff, literally everything was superb! I have never said that I wanted to return to a specific state just for a singular hotel, but that has changed. One of the bathtub did not drain well, notified the front desk on the second day and someone came to fix it on the third day. The coffee machine was not working, someone came next evening to replace a new one. We have to park our vehicle a bit far from our unit since there are not enough parking space, I wonder tenants come in high season have to park far away. The front desk staffs are friendly. The water park and pickleball court is nearby and need to pay admission.
