Please let people know on your website or on expidia and be honest if your facilities are not working properly, like the pool was not heat or warm enough and the jets in the hot tub were out.
Also the fountain in the middle of the property was not working either 😢 and looks so bad. I was trying to seat at the balcony and enjoy the view but it was not worth it or even walk a round and relax with the family.
