We loved the hotel. The staff was helpful, and the food was easily some of the best all-inclusive we have had. One small issue: the kids' pool was a paddle pool for young non-swimmers, and there was 1 small pool with a 1.6m shallow end. Not suitable for young swimmers who dont need armbands.
