Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and the hotel felt safe and secure.
It's obvious the hotel is in need of some repair. Fixtures are old and scrapped. We had no hot water and the wifi never connected.

The front desk staff are the worst, they kept locking us out of the room, 3 times this happened, and I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk over and over and over, they were completely incompetent. They feel apparently that this is the greatest hotel in the world, what a joke they are ( the front desk ) all other hotel staff were great, its just the frost desk staff
