I really enjoyed my stay at Anna & Bel. It is well designed with a blend of modern and boho chic. Every detail is intentional from the contemporary art to the LeLabo products in the shower! The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would visit this hotel again and again.

Great location! Quick ride to most areas of interest. Easy area to walk to restaurants, etc. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The street that it enters from at times (later at night) felt a little "sketchy". Felt almost like an alley. Lined with dumpsters at the end of the block. But this would not keep me from returning.

Staff was so lovely best part of the hotel. However there were issues with my bathroom the toilet was cracked and the bathroom door didn’t properly close

My first time staying in W. Had high expectations but sadly the hotel failed to meet my expectations. To give some of my thoughts for future travellers -:
(1) Hotel is not designed as hotel but instead as a funky bar and party place
(2) Lights in the room is not designed for living
(3) Showers floor very slippery and dangerous
(4) The washing basin the tap is for look instead for use.
Staff some are brilliant some are so dull and useless.
This will not be my hotel of choices in the future

Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Ritz for 2 nights and it was amazing. Perfect. The check in process was quick and Bettina was so friendly. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant (open til 11pm)and bar open til 1am. Our deluxe king room was so nice with a city view. The location is perfect and we could walk to so many restaurants. This hotel is located right next to city hall, across the street from capital grill and McCormick and Shmicks. We were about a block from Del Friscos and maybe 2 blocks to El Vez. These restaurants are all popular dinner spots in Philly. Stay here! The property is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Nick the bartender was amazing and the doormen are so great as well. Hope to be back soon!
