The hospitality truly is unparalleled. Every single time I stay at the Sofitel Philadelphia, I have a wonderful experience. It’s my first choice whenever I travel to Philadelphia, which is often.

“The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the appearance of the property. The pool area especially was not well maintained, and the pool water was very cloudy — almost like blue mud. This was my first time staying here, and while the customer service was great, I’m not sure I would return.”

We stayed for one night we came to Philadelphia to a concert. It was a mother-daughter trip. It was four of us two adults two teens. We did the two queen bedroom city view. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean no issues and the room came with one robe already in it we asked for three additional robes. They brought them up with no issue. Also, we arrived a little early on check-in and they held out bags downstairs for us while we went and did other thingsand our train was later checking out on checkout day, and they also held our bags until we were ready to pick them up. If I come back to Philly, and I want to stay in that area. I will definitely come back to the W.
