Room was clean but serviced only every other day, which was surprising.
Breakfast was adequate, but at Euro 28 overpriced for what it is.
Overall, the building was a bit outdated, the bathrooms certainly need an update.
Location is great, with public transport to Neuss and Duesseldorf readily available right in front of the building.

The moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile, they asked for my name and immediately had my room card ready. I was taken to my room and from there on everything was excellent. Friendly staff especially Angie who works in the restaurant department, she went over the top to take care of me and explain/translate information. I highly recommend you to book your stay here either by yourself or family.

Excellent location close to the Koenigsallee, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed in an upgraded renovated room - appreciated the choice of bed time pillows. Great restaurant with contemporary European - German cuisine, also focus on locally sourced ingredients.

The facilities, like the coffee machine, hairdryer, or even the shelves inside the rooms are coated with a layer of dust. It seems there are some bugs on the bed.
The breakfast is fresh and tasty. You can feel the waitress and the cook here are with passion. All the customers enjoy with the breakfast.
