The Resort Manager, Juleana was amazing, extremely kind and helpful. Tried her best to accommodate us. The cleaning staff was good. The hotel is extremely old and the rooms are not renovated. The plumbing needs to be redone. My shower did not drain the water quickly although maintenance came up twice with a toilet plunger to plunge the water. When turning on the water in the shower the head moves and spray the water out of the tub. You have to hold the shower spray when taking a shower. The cooling in the room was noisy. The hallway vents dripped due to humidity and condensation. The elevator landing and hallways smells terribly and lacks cooling. The grounds are not maintained and the resort do not have valet parking, no welcome drinks when you check in and the area by the ice cream store smells of fish. The location is excellent only for the beach and the entire staff works extremely hard to accommodate the guest. The end result is that the hotel owner needs to spend the money to renovate the resort. The staff can only do so much. Mr. Carras, if you renovate the resort and have water activities plus have better selection of restaurants we will return. Until then, Noooo….I would definitely hire Juleana to work for me in NYC to manager million dollar luxury buildings because she is a darn good manager. She knows her job well.

Stuff is rude at Expedia say welcome drink they don’t give us nothing just we waiting only the tell have to charge extras I do not recommend this hotel with that money you find better hotel

Amazing place and hosts. Great pool, the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The location is good and we had a great time. Very much recommended!

A beautiful resort, with both, an amazing pool adjoining a beautiful seaside. Plenty of lounge area everywhere. Staff was ridiculously attentive and concerned about your stay. If I have to put anything adverse comments, its minor..... the gym is small, but theres one inside and outside (but only idiots like me work out on vacation); room safe had no instructions (but they came and programmed it for me); shower didn't have a shelf for amenities (but they came and installed it immediately)... did I mention the staff was attentive? lol. So there's really nothing at all to complain about. Perfect place to stay and have an amazing time in Cassandra. The city center is a mere 5 minute walk away. I will stay there again, no doubt.

Staff at front desk excellent! Convenient location.Grocery store across street and laundry next door! Nice clean room. If you get a room with courtyard view instead of street view prepare to see miscellaneous roofing, wood, and other people's balcony close by as your view. Aside from that. Excellent!

The property was beautiful, and check-in was smooth and fast. The staff greeted us with a friendly smile and were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The lunch and drink options were excellent, and the laundry service was fast and efficient. The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and very clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!
