Staff was very helpful, no menu options for dinner, breakfast was good the shower facility was not for tall or handicapped people (not enough grab bars, the shower head was on a sliding bar that was too short for a tall person).

Stay here! This hotel is amazing - beautiful, friendly staff, a very short walk into town and next to the station. Very easy if you are training to Colmar etc but also puts you outside the more frenetic areas (only 200-300 m) away as one walks towards the cathedral. The quality and size of the rooms and the design and space of the hotel make it a beautiful place to stay and great value for money. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful property. Relaxing pool and sauna. Elisabeth took great care of us and welcomed us with champagne. Lovely people and great food! Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in is at 4pm which would have been fine however the hotel is completely closed before 4pm so we were left waiting around the town for a long time before we could get in to leave our luggage. The town itself was also mostly closed so it was difficult to find somewhere to wait for the hours until 4pm came (we had an early 9am flight so we wasted most of the day waiting to leave luggage) The bus comes once an hour The travel from Selestat train station to the hotel is only 10 minutes by car however none of the taxis we called wanted to do the journey and the bus times to Chatenois is far and few between and last busses are very early
