Just a little confusing when arriving from YVR long term parking. Skytrain was easy. Only one stop to Bridgeport where the hotel is located. But no real direction to what floor to access to get over to hotel. Was a lot of ups and downs, no elevator nearby. Then when we did get over to the hotel, to find that reception was on the lower level. I believe now you can check in at the hotel at another location without crossing over.

Beautiful property, the staff was amazing. We even got free drinks in the lounge. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing.

Great space for a family. The kitchenette had all that you need for a short stay with a decent sized fridge. Also provided pods for coffee which was a nice bonus.
The bedroom was much bigger than anticipated and opened out on to a large terrace area with a table and chairs for 4. We enjoyed having breakfast here with a view of the city!
